Our Real Estate Green 101 Class is designed to help real estate professionals understand, market, and sell energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable properties. The class teaches how green features add value, lower operating costs, and appeal to today’s environmentally conscious buyers and investors.

The course also covers how to identify green features in listings, explain financial and health benefits to clients, and stay compliant with disclosure and marketing standards.
