In this three-class series, taught live over Zoom by RJ Gallegos, you’ll build a practical foundation in the fundamentals, from the big picture of the industry to the details of commercial leases and the municipal planning rules that shape every deal. Complete all three and earn 16 CE credits.

Class 2: Anatomy of a Commercial Lease (8 CE), Wednesday & Thursday, January 6–7
Class 3: Commercial Real Estate & Municipal Planning (4 CE), Monday, January 11

Class 1 – Commercial Real Estate Overview
can be extremely complex. “Introduction to Commercial Real Estate – Basics ” is set
as a concise 4 hour course that is designed to help “ filter through ” some of these
complexities and to narrow their comprehensive scope to a more basic format.
Class 2 – Anatomy of a Commercial Lease
for even the most seasoned business person. “Anatomy of a Commercial Lease” has
been developed as a very easy to follow course-guide that is designed to help
decipher some of these complexities and to narrow their comprehensive scope.
Class 3 – Commercial Real Estate & Municipal Planning
professional working knowledge. It is set-up as an easy to follow overview of some
of the main elements that revolve around the basic components of municipal
planning, as they apply to the diverse subject of commercial real estate.
