Our Modern Urbanism Class explores how today’s cities and communities are planned, developed, and revitalized to meet changing lifestyles, economic needs, and sustainability goals. The class helps real estate professionals understand current urban trends so you can better serve clients in growing and evolving markets.

Students learn about mixed-use development, walkable neighborhoods, transit-oriented development, smart growth, housing diversity, and the impact of zoning and land-use policies. The course also examines how urban design influences property values, community livability, and buyer and tenant preferences.

This class equips you with insight into modern city planning and development patterns, allowing you to market urban properties more effectively, advise clients on long-term value, and stay competitive in dynamic metropolitan real estate markets.
