Every broker is required to take the yearly Core Course as part of license renewal. The 2024
course includes the usual market update, plus a close-up view of the NM Real Estate
Commission’s Broker Duties. We will also update disclosure of Adverse Material Facts and
examine best practices with our responsibilities as well as those of Buyers and Sellers. As the
market continues to adjust to economic conditions, we adjust as well. The latest from NMAR’s
hotline can help us focus on current issues and a closer look at NAR’s legal challenges. Fast
