We will examine what a true professional is and where professionalism comes
from. This course will help you provide better quality service to all your customers
and clients. Additionally, we will take a quick look at the National Association of
Realtor® Code of Ethics as a tool to enhance your professionalism. This course
also looks at different personality types and how to best communicate with them
in your business for ultimate success.
