This continuing education course explores the opportunities, challenges, and strategies involved in repurposing existing properties for new uses in today’s evolving real estate market. Participants will examine how residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties can be adapted to meet changing community needs, market demands, and economic conditions.
Topics include redevelopment concepts, zoning and land-use considerations, adaptive reuse projects, environmental and structural concerns, financing options, market feasibility, and the impact of repurposed properties on neighborhoods and investment potential. The course also reviews current trends in converting properties such as office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses, and older residential structures into alternative uses.
By the end of the course, attendees will gain a broader understanding of the redevelopment process and be better prepared to identify opportunities, evaluate risks, and guide clients interested in repurposed real estate projects.
Registration for this class will close 8/7 at 5:00pm. If you are interested in attending after that time, please email info@TREANM.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
