Participants will explore the structure and governance of homeowner associations, condominiums, townhomes, and planned communities while learning how to navigate the extensive paperwork involved in CIC transactions.

Topics include reviewing association documents, financial statements, resale certificates, bylaws, covenants and restrictions, insurance requirements, disclosure obligations, and compliance issues that may impact buyers, sellers, and lenders. The course also highlights common challenges, timelines, and best practices for ensuring smoother transactions and informed client representation.

By the end of the course, attendees will be better equipped to identify potential red flags, interpret CIC documentation, and confidently guide clients through the “paper chase” associated with community-governed properties.

Registration for this class will close 6/28 at 5:00pm. If you are interested in attending after that time, please email info@TREANM.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
